West Palm Beach, Florida
Not a truckstop in town! Try the Freightliner dealer on the "I" for repairs. Bobtail north to Jupiter for the beach (lots of parking). Lighthouse Rest. by Jupiter Light on US1 has good parking a food. They've been there since dirt (when US 1 was the only way to Miami).

You can get to the International dealer from Exit 55, Blue Heron Blvd. East to the first traffic light (Garden Road), Right (south) for the International dealer, or Left (North) for the Freightliner dealership.

Pensacola, Florida
When passing through Pensacola on I-10 it looks like not much happening. It is a good layover town for its size. We have two truck stops. At Exit 1, Speedway is the best bet since they will let you drop your trailer. At Exit 3, there is a Williams but no drop. Pensacola is the Annapolis of the air. There is the Naval Air Museum on the Navy Base. You can see the Blue Angels practice on Wednesday mornings, except in the winter when they go to El Centro California. There is a large Civic Center with sports or music performances on most weekends. Look at the front pages of the local phone book for the many other things to do. The beaches are the finest in the world you will agree when you see the pearly white sands. There are several closed shopping centers where parking and trailer dropping are permitted. There are Ryan's' and Barnhill's Buffets that I recommend and several good Chinese restaurants.
